Jeanine teaches both specific pre-license and continuing education courses for the public and private sectors. She has spent considerable time studying and focusing her courses on various adult learning styles and how people retain information. She uses every style to appeal to her learners and to help them learn and retain information. Her audience includes private abstractors, title underwriters and title agencies, county recorders, treasurers, auditors, assessors, surveyors, utility, cable and easement companies, departments of transportation, Indian Tribes, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and various other public and private agencies.

She is a frequent public presenter at conventions, conferences and association meetings, having spoken before numerous land title associations, title agencies, and underwriters, surveyor groups, abstractors, real estate companies, county recorders, utility companies, Indian tribes, and others. Consulting

  Jeanine consults for many situations for both Public and Private Sectors for title plant construction, reconstruction and computerization; development of new title agencies; and locating public information for Real Estate Information companies.

 

  • Title Plants     She has helped construct and reconstruct public and private records; create computerized title plants from paper and film title plants; trained title posters to comprehend the complexity and importance of the legal documents being posted;  and has assisted in valuing title plants for sale of information. She is familiar with both Abstract and Torrens recording systems.

 

  • New Title Agencies    Jeanine has helped new title agencies set up and develop their businesses. Be it a companion company to a real estate, mortgage business or contractor, the title business is a different trade, and it needs special attention in the areas of title work flow, escrows, accounting and management. It has different laws and rules. She can assist with each piece.

 

  • Real Estate Information    Jeanine is an expert in unlocking where to find needed information as it pertains to real estate parcel ownership, mortgage information, tax and assessment information, and numerous judgments and liens that affect real estate. She has worked with data mining companies to set up databases to locate needed information such as certain types of loans, or money owning to judgment creditors by debtor.
