Jeanine W. (Jeanne) Johnson has worked hands-on in the private sector for over twenty-five years as a closer, examiner, and abstractor (searcher) for a real estate company, a builder and title insurance underwriters and agents. Starting as a closer, she progressed through each facet of the land title industry, later overseeing and managing each piece and eventually becoming Vice President of Old Republic National Title, Minneapolis, MN. She has actively managed and trained hundreds of personnel - from those who create title plants; search, examine and underwrite titles; to those who close both residential and commercial transactions and issue title policies. She is now a professional author, consultant, trainer and speaker about Title Industry issues.
